Nautilus - System Maintenance
Navy DSRC Preventive Maintenance (PM) for the Penguin TrueHPC system, Nautilus, is scheduled from 0800 CST (1400Z) to 1700 CST (2300Z) on Wednesday, 31 January 2024.
Updates are to be performed on the file systems which require hardware and software changes. Following the completion of this maintenance, the /p/work2 file system will be available. This file system will support the DDN Hot Pools capability with a 2 PB NVMe buffer in front of an 11 PB HDD backing file system.
All Slurm/Scheduling functions will be unavailable during this maintenance window; jobs will not be running.
